Hello I wonder if this is a first - probably not, but anyway.... Up to now I have only been dealing with the dead.... and over three and a half years have transcribed nearly 60,000 records for FreeBMD, and searched for hundreds more - all dead, of course. However, I recently found some kind person has uploaded my own mother to the database (1906 births, Sep Qtr) - and as she is still living (in England) and heading for 98, FreeBMD is now even more alive for me!
