There aren't many so it is easy to go back and remove the +PAGE from those that don't start at the beginning of a page. This then produces a pink warning saying that a +PAGE is expected. Have I understood correctly that only a file which starts with the first entry in a page should start with a +PAGE and the second +PAGE only goes after the last entry on a page?
