G'day Graham I'm wondering if it would be a good idea if you set out the rules again in step by step instructions and sent out to all the syndicates co-ords - that way everyone would have the same instructions at the same time and we could quote from 'your' instructions on how to handle a situation when we're asked by a transcriber and not be putting our interpretation of your rules out there.
