    3. John Yep. When I come to update the actual document and pass it via Dave etc it will clarify the point you mentioned. The document at the moment is really just me capturing all the appropriate emails with the respective comments. I will combine all these together into a cohesive instruction, which hopefully will cover all eventualities (perhaps a tall order).
