Can't something to this effect be stressed on the Programme. We try to stress it to people. Sadly there are many people who refuse to read. I know of many cases where somebody will say they know we are wrong, but our transcription is accurate. If your transcription is correct then no matter how convinced somebody is that it should be different , you should stick to what is in the index.
