Thanks, Dave. I looked up possible marriages for Sarah JOHNSON, in Nottingham from Dec 1878 to Mar 1881. Two results: Dec 1878 501; Mar 1881 347 I clicked on both these page numbers, and received no further information. I then did a new search, with no name, just Dec 1878 Vol 7b and page 501, and found Thomas BAKER and James CHAMBERLAIN. I did the same for the Dec 1878 marriage, and found William WARD. So the data was there, I just couldn't get it directly from my original results.
