Ted   Ah! that is why I couldn't find the information on any of the FreeBMD Web Pages. I can't believe it is over 8 years since I set up your Syndicate.   Speaking personally if we can get everyone to speak from the same hymn sheet then there is less chance of something going awry. In other words I would much prefer if the instructions issued by Coordinators to their volunteers were consistent with those on the FreeBMD site.   I do appreciate the other problem you mention about the page number format.
