Keith, The format for a #THEORY,REF is quarter letter (M, J, S or D) followed by slash and the year as either two or four digits. Plainly D/61a does not fit and so the warning does not go away. So the question is what does D/61a mean? If you can find the late entry you may be able to answer this question and enter the correct quarter and year.
