    3. I had no need to check out when Sandwell came into being as a District when answering the original query.. However it did exist in March 1975 when it had volume code 33. The record: DEAN, David, WHITE, Sandwell,33, M'75 means it was a later entry which was first registered in the March quarter of year 1975. Therefore my workaround to being able to transcribe the volume code as 33 was quite valid and is TWYS.
