One of my transcribers has written as follows: I have an instance (1844B3-P-0765) where about halfway down the page there's a line interspersed with X's indicating where an insertion is to be. However the name to be inserted actually appears at the top of the following page. Do I just insert the name where indicated then leave it off of the next page? Any suggestions, or authoritative instructions? Jeff
