HI Jayne, I belong to the Scan2 Syndicate and Love it! Derek offers a great training segment and a pretty cool site where each transcriber has their own queue. Everything is organized so you can download your scans, you can see what scans were the last finished, if any scans were missed on the uploading, also you can see your progress on charts and graphs. I really like it, however, I have not had the opportunity to try out other syndicates. I'm stickin' to Scan2!! SheilaW
