I'm not sure if this applies to Carol & Karan, but after I replied to Carol, I loaded an 1858 handwritten file to verify and had something similar happen to me. I checked the file and found for some reason I had only transcribed the first page and put the file into the "to be verified folder" I have. This was giving me a "reached end of records" message when trying to set up BMD Verify because there WAS no more records.
