    3. I am transcribing a beautifully handwritten scan with two columns. I use BMD Verify for checking and when I get to the end of the first column and go to the second, I get the message that I've reached the end of the records. On the second screen when loading my scan, I indicate that it is 2 columns and a whole page scan. I've never had a problem with Verify before and hope someone can tell me how to correct this. Hello Carol, When the orange box is at the top of the second page, read the instructions in the box and use the + or - keys to scroll, usually backwards, through the names till you get to the name at the top of the page, line it up, press enter and you are away.     3. Hi Carol I had this same problem on my last assignment . I eventually sent it off and then was contacted and told it was actually 2 pages not 2 columns that I was transcribing - so each column is one page.
