Those transcribing in general will find this both irrelevant and possibly irritating. If you wish to discuss such topics, then please find an appropriate list to discuss it. RootsWeb provides quite a range and they are available for review at http://lists.rootsweb.com/ alternatively there is Google which has other choices. NTL may even have their own internal help forum, and I presume that information will be available via their HelpDesk.
