To be consistent in the reasoning used for including other 'corrections' in the transcript, i.e. All the handwritten additions and insertions to the Index, the indicated sequence 'corrections' should also be made. If when there are out of sequence records and no correction is indicated then, again being consistent with previous reasoning for the insertion of handwritten entries, no correction should be made.
