    3. Not directed at you in particular but I always find it helps if details of the original posting however small are included in any response to know what is being replied to. I receive many emails every day and to have to go back to find the initial email query is a bit of bind.     3. It looks as if your email system is set up "not" to include the original message. If using Outlook Express, select Tools, Option, Send and make sure the box "Include message in reply" is ticked. That will resolve the problem.
