For what it's worth, I use NTL with Outlook, but have e-trust anti-virus software, which has a spam filter and sends non-contact e-mails into a separate folder (including you lot here!). I have had no problems with NTL, although my husband has the current record of an e-mail taking a week to get through! That was over Christmas, so perhaps that's an excuse. I feel it's a lot to do with the server that the e-mail is coming from.
