I found that .jpg images downloaded from my Members page were not recognised by WinBmd or any of my graphic programs. A fellow transcriber advised me to download any files I required from the FreeBMD GUS Database. Ostensibly they were the same files, but I then had no difficulty in opening them. Strange!
