I am a bit slow in catching up with the digest of e-mails so have only just come across 131 where someone asked if there was a volunteer transcriber with access to a digital camera who goes into the Family Record Centre from time to time. I am one who fits this description [was in London last week and checked some of my own transcriptions from dodgy scans back to the originals]. I took with me a printout of my draft transcription, but not the camera. Not sure that this would be acceptable in terms of copyright and the rule that FreeBMD works under. Any thoughts? [NB I don't go in very frequently and would not like to disappoint if I became inundated with requests for direct access to the Indices!] John Anderson - Essex
