    3. I am transcribing marriages for June quarter of 1856. I have just completed the "M"s, and am now starting the "N"s. The last file of the Ms was named correctly as 1856M21276 The first file of the Ns should have been 1856N21277. Instead it was named 1856M21277 [ie the M should have been changed to N but wasn't.] Will this be a problem? Barbara -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. 3. The M is for Marriages. It won't change. If you put the first letter of the first surname on the page in the header details at upper right, below the page number, I would expect you to have filenames 1856M2M1276 and 1856M2N01277, if your pages are numbered 1276 and 1277. From WinBMD transcribing grid, use Edit Header Details in the Edit menu to insert the letter.
