    3. Clarification please regarding the double 's' i.e.In the District Rofs. Where you can plainly see the letter 'f' followed by an 's' do we transcribe it as 'fs' or 'ss'. Have checked through old messages and cannot find a specific answer can somebody point me to where the answer lies. Thanks Keith
