I have a new transcriber using Outlook Express who has had problems with .BMD files being stripped from e-mails. She also appears to be unable to view scan pages on the site. See her note below. Technically this is beyond me and I have no idea what to suggest. If anyone can help her could they please contact her and me directly as well as posting to the List. Outlook stripped the .BMD file as unsafe though it did allow me to view a garbled version which still had the bmd info in it. Secondly when I went on the site to view the practice pages I could see nothing, only a blank page and as the files I was trying to view were .tif ones I've realised I won't be able to view them as my computer just wont display them for some reason, I don't know why it just doesn't like them! I hope this can be resolved and if you know of any way I can view .tif files please let me know. Thanks Dawn
