Hi Melda, I had the same problem viewing .TIF files on-line. It seems the problem lies with Outlook Express version 6. I don't know what the technicalities are but I got around it by a free download of Alternatiff. A Google search should find it. Once installed, it opens automatically and you hardly know it's there.
