    3. Wanda Do you mean that you downloaded two separate scans of the indexes but then transcribed them as one file. If so, I made some changes in April this year for this situation, version 2.1.10. If you are on an earlier version of BMDVerify, you should get the latest (now 2.1.12). Note that when you opt for "double page 6 columns", this means that the scan you downloaded contains a double page with 6 columns. You should opt for what is in the scan you are verifying against, not how many scans you have transcribed into the same file.     3. Charles, Yes, that's what I did. I downloaded v.2.1.12 & changed to 3 columns. When I was done verifying the first page, I went up to options to get the next page & was able to start on that one without a hiccup. Thanks very much!
