I would agree that it probably doesn't prevent FreeBMD from accepting such material but I would think that the submitting individual would be in clear breach of the 1837-Online Terms & Conditions which state "You must not make any of the Material available to anyone online". I am also somewhat confused as I clearly remember a statement made last time this discussion took place to the effect that the 1837 data was software enhanced and as such was not reliable for our uses. Has something happened to change this view?
