Hi Tony I think this problem is being addressed in the new version of WinBMD. As an interim measure you need to name the file something else. What you choose depends on if the transcriber also transcribed 0091 scan. If the transcriber has already done 0091 then this filename cannot be used. After the file is transcribed then it needs to be altered either before manual upload or after auto upload in File Management.
