As with all enquiries about problems, DETAIL is all important. We have about half a million scanned images. I've just taken a look at a selection from all events, and they downloaded fine. Obviously it's impossible for me to check ALL the images, so it's important that you say *which* exact images caused you problems, and which way you were downloading them. -- Dave Mayall

Since receiving your e-mail I have had a further attempt at obtaining a screen-image of the scanned sheets in question. I didn't have much success at first but I found that if I waited long enough after the 'Done' flag appeared.lo and behold, the image was duly displayed. Perhaps the fault is in the slowness of my computer although the Marriages section is infinitely quicker. However, at the moment the matter appears to have been resolved.
