    3. Thanks to all who have responded .. To print WinBMD_A_Districts (original file) you get below .... Aberayron,11b Abergavenny,11a Aberystwyth,11b Abingdon,2c Alcester,6d Alderbury,5a Alnwick,10b Alresford,2c Alston,10b What I would like is ... Districts listed ... in order .. a1, a2, a3, through 11a, 11b etc .. (also alpha). Some times the district vol (3a or what ever, is clear) but with a printout .. things become clearer. Hand writing varies so much, and knowing the options (of area) deciphers the writing. W & M's can look alike, for example, and possiblities on hand can speed thigs up. And yes I do know the "edit districts/view option is built in to WINBMD.
