I have a transcriber who has tries to upload his files and keeps getting the message that his password is incorrect. Any help appreciated. Keith

Couple of alternatives. 1. Request the volunteer to use the lost password facility via http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/bmd-files.pl or 2. Email vol-coord@freebmd.rootsweb.com with specific details of the volunteer and one of us will be able to help?
