Some ISP's only allow small uploads or downloads of about this size. It may also depend on the speed of their modem if they have one and may receive a server timeout error. If they have broadband then there should be no problem other than the file size. I think Wannadoo has a restriction of about 1MB. The transcriber has just transferred to Wanadoo and is using Outlook Express, with their previous ISP they had no problems what so ever. Has anybody else had problems and if so can they help with a solution please. They have checked their machine for all the obvious reasons.
