Yes, it's possible. I haven't had that happen often. Usually it's been my error. If I am positive it's not, I have to leave it as is. If there is the slightest doubt on my part, I substitute a "_" for the offending letter. If it happens early on in a transcription, I change it to fit so the program can pick up other errors I may have made, then change it back before I upload.
