I have only been a transcriber for a few months, but I've been a member of various hobby-related mailing lists for several years. The way this situation is usually handled is to alter the mailing list settings so that the default reply-to address is the group, rather than the individual who originated the email to the group. In this way, hitting the reply button automatically sends the reply to the list. Edwina.
