If you cannot find a district in the pick list, then you can use wild cards, eg if you enter *ant in the District field, you will get a picklist of Canterbury, Grantham etc. This can be useful when you are struggling with an extravagant initial capital letter. Also if you enter the volume no, for example as (,8c) then you will get options of the 8c districts in your pick list, you may have to set it up to show more districts though.
