Is there a problem with the File Management page? http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/bmd-files.pl fails to load. Chris

There appears to be an intermittent problem which I reported a short while ago. I'm currently able to access File Management. It would be appreciated if further reports regarding access to File Management are held in abeyance until the technical experts can identify the problem.
