The page I am currently subscribing contains lots of very feint unreadable entries. The surname and forenames boxes allow me to enter an asterisk but not so the district, returning a 'volume number is missing' error. What characters do I enter or should it be left blank? I believe a similar question was asked about 2-3 weeks ago which after reading I deleted. Is there some kind of webpage to see recently asked questions? Thanks in advance.
