Just picked up on your question about inserting comas within christian names. You will have to edit the file with notepad and place quotation marks around the whole christian name, this will tell the program that the comma is not a field seperator. i.e. "Mary, Ann" will show up in Winbmd as Mary,Ann and will be accpted by the database.
