For what it's worth, I'd like to correct one of the entries for my family due to an indistinct entry on a film but, having attempted to follow the above route, the only Info button I can see (beside the "England and Wales, Civil Registration...' link on the search.Ancestry.com page that one is redirected to) just goes to a description of the index. If you use the FreeBMD search page, instead of the copy of the database at ancestry, you will see the info button. It is not possible to report transcription errors from the ancestry copy. -- Dave Mayall
