Debbie You are not having much success trying to get an answer to this query, I would have assumed somebody would have come across this problem before but I can't find anything in the mailing archives. I've had a quick look and have no idea what's causing the problem. Instead of using F3 what happens if the volunteer Clicks "File" in the toolbar menu and then "Save Current Batch"? Please post back via the Admin list in case somebody comes up with an answer? Under some odd circumstances the file (WinBMDTemp, which is in the WinBMD folder) seems to become set to Read-Only. Right-click on it, select Properties" and unset the read-only box on the General tab.
