Hi I have just downloaded pages 456-457 from GUS 1880b2. Page 456 showed up in two halves top of page at the bottom, bottom page at the top, page 457 showed up just 3/4 of bottom half of page. How can I fix this please. If the answer is on the BMD site can you direct me please. Thank you John Smith
