Hi I have 2 handwritten records at the bottom of my scanned records that are out of sequence, how do I enter them, they wont save getting out of sequence error???? Keith

Hi Keith Just enter them as seen, the message that appears is only for information and doesn't prevent the file saving. It will pop up every time you save the file when entries are out of sequence, but just OK it and it will be fine. Hi Keith, I am probably stating the obvious but there is probably are mark in of some description at the beginning and a similar one where it should go on the page. Have you checked for an insertion mark where it would fit in the surname column in alphabetical order. Sorry if this reply is basic but I don't know whether you are a new transcriber or an old hand.
