Hi Stuart Looking at the Transcribers help FAQ - if you are sure it is a G or H you should type [GH] if you are not sure what it is at all you should type [__]. I am transcribing 1877 deaths march p111 FOL-FOR and at the bottom of the first column I can see there is an entry underneath FORD Gertrude Myra J. 0.......Chipping S. 6a 13_ I can see the top of the page number has a 7 in the middle but that is all. I know that the surname must be FORD as this continues in column 2 and the first letter of the foremane must be G or H (as Hannah starts col 2) but cannot READ these. What should I transcribe.
