In order to maintain service levels, it is neccessary for the master server functions of FreeBMD and FreeCEN to be switched to a different server in the cluster. This change should allow more efficient database updates, and avoid problems caused by running out of disk space. Whilst the change should have minimal impact, there may be periods of service disruption on all sites. In particular; File upload will NOT be available for the duration of the upload (BMD and CEN) Correction submission will be affected (BMD) image feedback will not function (BMD) Volunteer registration, password resets etc. will not work (BMD) This work will take place tomorrow (31st December) between 07:00 and 17:00 GMT. Please note that in relation to file uploads, whilst there will be times when file upload appears possible, files uploaded during the change window may be lost. Could you please confirm which day this change is really taking place please? Tomorrow is the 30th not the 31st and the FreeBMD website says Friday 30th.
