I would use Crowther,Jeffrey , Sharpe , Ossett,5* See J/74 if I had no idea what it was or Crowther,Jeffrey , Sharpe , Ossett,5[a_] See J/74 if I thought it might be 5a but wasn't sure. You might want to check with your co-ordinator. Hope that helps..
