This is a candidate for a System Entry (see http://www.freebmd.org.uk/system-processes-help.html). It would be slightly better if #THEORY had been added rather than #COMMENT. What has been added is actually a combination of both, the first part (out of order) is a #COMMENT and the suggested correction is #THEORY. We are more like to pick up #THEORY for a System Entry than #COMMENT.
