Hi All, No virtual store on my Vista, I came across this problem too! Just wanted to mention the way that I find my Output file. Click Start > Computer> Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > Scroll to WinBMD & Click on it. Now in my window I have a blue bar towards the top that has : Organize - Views - Burn - Compatibility Files. Click on Compatibility Files. In the new window there should be a list of about 4 items - one of them being Output ! Hurrah ! Now I would right click and create a shortcut ! I did to my desktop ! So much easier ! Hope this helps ??!! Donna.

Thanks to Squeaky - that worked fine and I now have my Output. An aside to David Howe - I too am "mature" but find Vista a great improvement on XP. Wouldn't like to go back. Mildred
