Keith Thanks for identifying this possible problem. I've checked out a sample of the files for the particular volunteer and the same situation also applies to some of these files I've put a task on the system to produce a report to identify the extent of the problem, fingers crossed I hope it is confined to this transcriber or a small number of transcribers.
