Hello Frank, It can't be quite as simple as you thing as my version of WinBMD is loaded in the programs folder and I don't have any problems. The output folder is where I would expect it to be. I have just uninstalled WinBMD then reinstalled it in the root directory as advised. This has eliminated my problem of files being saved to a VirtualStore folder. I think the problem has been caused by people like myself, when initially installing WinBMD into Vista, accepting the default location in the installation process, which is shown as C:\Program Files\WinBMD and I'm sure that your offer of some clearer instructions will help.
