I'm puzzled by all of this. I have Vista. When I installed WinBMD, I put it onto the root directory under the folder name WinBMD (surprise!). With no further effort on my part, all of the output files turn up in .......WinBMD/Output. I assume that this folder is created automatically by WinBMD. --- On Wed, 19/11/08, M Nasmith <[email protected]> wrote: From: M Nasmith <[email protected]> Subject: WINBMD Output file To: [email protected] Date: Wednesday, 19 November, 2008, 8:02 PM I have Vista Home Premium and have tried to follow the track that everyone mentions (C:/ users/ (select your own user name) / App Data / Local / Virtual Store /Program Files / WinBMD / Output) but cannot find App Data, or Virtual Store. When I go direct to Program Files/WinBMD there is no Output file. Any more ideas, please? Michael I quite agree with you, it seems to be a little convoluted to go to user, virtual store etc. It should only be necessary to go to C: and locate the WinBMD folder. In my case WinBMD (similar to you) is in the root directory C:WinBMD because that is where I decided to install WinBMD when I downloaded it my PC, others may have decided to install in their Program folder. The output folder being a subfolder to the WinBMD folder. Vista doesn't approve of programs storing data there, so it does some virtual linking. -- Dave Mayall
