Peter, I had the same problem and looked on the message boards and found the answer, which is : click on start click on computer click on Local Disk C click on programs scroll down and click on WinBMD folder now in this window on the blue bar towards the top you will see 'Compatibility files' click on this and in there you should find the Output file. I found it very useful to right click on the Output file and create a shortcut on my desktop so that you don't have to go all through this everytime. I hope this works for you. Regards Donna.
