Hi Ruth I would guess you have this as a "Late Reference Entry"? (see Quarter Year) Sittingbourne is in Kent and was created from 2nd Quarter 1941. This is why it is not yet in WinBMD It was in Volume 2a until 30/6/1946, then 5b until 31/3/1965, then 5f until 31/3/1974, then 16 fromv1/4/1974 onwards You can generally get information on such Districts by visiting GENUKI.
